Official Contest Rules & Disclaimer
1. Eligibility:
Open to all Scoffrey’s Chocolate followers ages 18 and older. No purchase necessary.
2. How to Enter:
• Follow Scoffrey’s Chocolate on Facebook and Instagram
• Like and share our posts between the contest dates
• Encourage friends and family to comment on our posts — each comment counts toward your total engagement
3. How to Win:
The winner will be determined by a combination of:
• The highest number of shared posts, and
• The highest number of comments generated on Scoffrey’s Chocolate posts from their network
4. Contest Period:
Entries count from the time the email is sent until December 5th at 11:59 PM.
Winner will be announced LIVE on Facebook on December 6th.
5. Prize:
One winner will receive a $100 Scoffrey’s Chocolate Gift Certificate.
6. Verification:
Scoffrey’s will verify shares, follows, and comment totals before announcing the winner. If the top participant is not following both platforms, the prize will go to the next eligible participant.
7. Privacy:
By participating, you agree that your name may be mentioned during the live announcement.
